Richmond Hill is a federal and provincial electoral district in Ontario, Canada, that has been represented in the Canadian House of Commons since 2004.
The riding includes the neighbourhoods of Elgin Mills, Bayview North, Bayview South, North Richvale, Hillsview, Bayview Hill, South Richvale, Langstaff and Doncrest in the Town of Richmond Hill.
It conists of the part of the Town of Richmond Hill lying south and west of a line drawn from west to east along Gamble Road, south along Yonge Street, and east along Elgin Mills Road East.

The disparity between the number of voters per electoral district infringes upon the right of Canadian citizens and registered voters to vote by granting less representation and less effective representation in the legislative assembly of the Province of British Columbia to voters in the electoral districts with more voters than the average.
