		I know I have relatives in Germany (and now New York, near Great Lakes and CA), and that my grandfather came from Russia (maybe Balic areas) and into germany during the revolution to avoid Stalin.
		I see there is a Rinas airport in Albania.
		That is not to say that the name is not of German origin however.
