Waterford News & Star: Funding for Outer Ring Road and Ballybeg link The Outer ring Road to the county boundary and the Carrickpherish Road will receive a combined €1.5m by way of specific improvement grant. THE Outer Ring Road and the Ballybeg Link Road are the two major projects in the city area to benefit from substantially increased grants for non-national roads announced on Monday by the Minister for the Environment, Martin Cullen.
