		The equal-armed cruciform wooden church of Ristiina was built between 1773 and 1775.
		The parish halls stand to the south of the church: Ylätalo (the Upper Hall) was built in 1901 and replaced the old parish hall, while Alatalo (the Lower Hall) was completed in 1882 and functioned as a school until 1984.
		The parish of Ristiina was founded in 1649 in Mieluantie Road, where historically significant wooden buildings can still be found.
