And she said Island Realty made no real estate transactions with the town, and that during the time she had the license the town made no real estate transactions at EPCAL and there was no financial benefit to Mr.
She added that she does not have a vote on the hiring of real estate brokers for the town, and is not involved in the negotiation of town contracts with real estate firms.
