		Ohio State bought the $3.4 million Stereotaxis Niobe II machine in September and got the manufacturer to agree not to install another within 30 miles of OSU for at least one year.
		Riverside's Hagen charged that the hospital's efforts to purchase the Stereotaxis machine were slowed by five specialized heart doctors who had been working at the hospital but left last month to join OSU.
		Riverside's heart services are ranked 46th in the nation by the magazine.
