Borbidge knows it and yet they put out the story that they are all honest and I am seeking to extort them.
The Chairman, Borbidge, was shown first hand (he invited me to put them in his letterbox at Robina) actual evidence of crimes and immediately threatened me with the police rather than his dishonest corrupt fellow directors.
It is a sad indictment on Borbidge that at the end of a political career he has to work with thieves, liars, criminals and con men.

Mr Borbidge said the Director had advised there was one matter relative to which a charge could, theoretically, be laid under section 92 of the Criminal Code which deals with abuse of office.

Robert Edward Borbidge, (born August 12, 1954), Australian politician, was the 35th Premier of Queensland, and leader of the Queensland branch of the National Party.
As a sign of this, in 1980 Borbidge contested and won the seat of Surfers Paradise from the sitting Liberal member, who had alleged corrupt dealings in property development by the Bjelke-Petersen government.
When in 1997 the High Court of Australia expanded the recently-introduced concept of Native title in bringing down the Wik decision, Borbidge argued that Howard's proposed changes to the Native Title Act did not go far enough in abolishing native title from pastoral leases.
