Robbins Resource Recovery Partners, L.P. is currently suing the governor of the State of Illinois, members of the Illinois Commerce Commission and others and intends to continue to prosecute the case in the Illinois Circuit Court.

I am a white cable tech, I work in Robbins, its one of four surburbs, i work in ; which i check in with the police first......because white people driving around there at night, are always pulled over...........and busted for something.........

CHICAGO - Illinois can no longer deny subsidies for a trio of bond-financed waste-to-energy incinerators in the state, a judge said this week in a ruling that may allow the incinerators to seek monetary damages against the state and an electric utility.
Cook County Circuit Court Judge Robert Boharic ruled that a 1996 Illinois law that yanked the subsidy cannot be retroactively applied to projects that were already under way at the time the law was enacted.
Robbins Mayor Irene H. Brodie said she welcomed the ruling and hoped it would allow the Chicago suburb to do something positive with the facility.
