Looking for anyone researching a Thomas Semple b- 1829 approx., from Glenluie (apparent name of the dwelling) Kirkosward, Ayr.
In the 1881 census he was 52, living with his widowed mother age 72 and three other unmarried Semples, plus four unmarried people (servants??).
My GG grandfather is listed as one of the servants, but I have reason to believe that Thomas maybe his natural father.
