Tilton has a history of being exposed for his money-grubbing ministry.
Robert Tilton was the founding pastor of Word of Faith(in Farmers Branch, Texas), in the late 70's thru the 80's(until).
His wife's name at the time was Marty Tilton, which he later diviorced,(married twiced more since then I believe) and he was doing the same thing here using some processing center in Oklahoma, was taking the donations and throwing the prayer request in the dumpters out behind the building.......

According to Tilton, the Bible, to make a long story short, says that God will supply all our needs and that God will return more than we give.
This may be true in a spiritual sense, but I have a feeling that God doesn't have a division in Heaven set up to receive the paid prayers of Robert Tilton.
I guess the reality is that they're not as duped as they are desperate for help when they run across this thief who purports the teachings of the Bible.
