Some scholarships have a "bond" requirement, recipients may be required for a specified time to work for particular employer, to work in rural or remote areas, otherwise they may be liable to repay the cash value of the support they received during the scholarshup.

The Robertson Scholarship is an (A university student who has not yet received a first degree) undergraduate (Financial aid provided to a student on the basis of academic merit) scholarship program created by Julian and Josie Robertson.
