Perhaps you are unhappy with the fact he turned down a three year deal to go to your club in order to stay with us and honour the last year of his contract.
Just because Eades not rushing at it like a bull at a gate in order to imprint his stamp on the club doesnt mean its not going to happen.

Grant at full forward and Murphy playing forward are great moves.It's very pleasing to see how hard Rocket is working and he is obviously preparing the side well on all aspects of the game.His hard work is exposing many faults of the previous but with hard work we should see results this season.
Eade indicated that grant would bulk up to play FF, in other words, a bustling long bomb target close to goal.
