Eight floors above busy Ginza street, Rokusaburo Michiba, the first Iron Chef Japanese, has one of his three restaurants, a second of which are only a block from each other in this fancy shopping district of Ginza.
Since Michiba was famous for his "Broth of Vigor" flavored with plenty of good-quality bonito flakes, we hoped to experience some of that, and ordered a hot udon.
Also, Michiba's belief that food and medicine share the same origin (mentioned in the restaurant's brochure), was well manifested in the menu.
