Federal Council resolved some years ago that in interpreting the definition of "eligible motor car" motor cars constructed by Bentley Motors Limited (the pre 1931 company) or from parts manufactured by Bentley Motors Limited are not eligible motor cars within the Constitution of this Club.
Motor Cars in this Class are ineligible to win any other trophies, cannot be the winner of a Class or perpetual trophy and shall suffer no penalty for previous wins.
