I had rather assumed that all the Tuckers were C of E or Dissentors.
These particular Tuckers (of Thomas Clark Tucker m Eliza Travers in Romsey) were involved in the building of a Catholic Church in Bridport or nearby and their names were mentioned in documentation or similar (plaque?).
I cannot connect Thomas to any other Bridport Tucker and suspect he may have been from elsewhere and this is backed up by him marrying in Romsey.
