The Romanian government signed a deal with the Russian government which stated that Russia would safekeep the Romanian Treasure in the Kremlin until the end of the war.
Very little is known about the Treasure after the October Revolution, but it appear that during World War II all the valuables held by the Soviet state (and presumably of the Romanian state) were taken out from Moscow and sent toward the regions which were 'not endangered'.

 The Romanian National Treasure
On 5 August 1917, Romanian and Russian representatives signed in Moscow a protocol regarding the setting up of a new depository in the Kremlin by which the protection of the depository and the return of the entire treasure to Romania were guaranteed by the Russian Government.
The problem of the restitution of the Romanian treasure was raised during the peace negotiations in Paris in 1919-1920, at the international conferences in Genoa in 1922 and in Lausanne (1922-23), as well as during the bilateral Romanian-Soviet talks in Copenhagen (1920), London (December 1920 - January 1921), Warsaw (September 1921) and Vienna (March-April 1924).
The status of the Romanian treasure deposited in Moscow was re-examined in 1965 and in 1991.

The IstroRomanian alphabet is based on the standard Romanian alphabet and thus the pronunciation of most letters is quite similar.
These sounds are, however, found in spoken Romanian in certain areas of the country but are not considered part of the standardized language.
This sound doesn't exist in standard Romanian thou it is found in Aromanian and MacedoRomanian and in dialectal variations of Romanian.

Owing to their position, the Romanians south of the Danube were the first to be mentioned in historical sources (the 10th century), under the name of vlahi or blahi (Wallachians); this name shows they were speakers of a Romance language and that the non-Roman peoples around them recognised this fact.
A Romanian army, under the personal command of Prince Carol I, crossed the Danube and participated in the siege of Pleven; the result was the surrender of the Ottoman army led by Osman Pasha (December 10, 1877).
At that time the National Romanian Party in Transylvania played an important role in asserting the Romanian national identity; the party was reorganized in 1881 and it became the standard bearer in the struggle to achieve recognition of equal rights of the Romanian nation and it the resistance against the denationalization projects.
