		Rorschach lives in a slum run by a landlady with multiple children by multiple fathers; he pointedly comments on his belief that she cheats on welfare.
		Rorschach and Nite Owl traveled to his home in Antarctica to confront him; however, they were unable to prevent him from accomplishing his ultimate goal.
		Rorschach's driving philosophy is that of moral absolutism, the practitioners of which believe in an unalterable moral code that requires the strict and severe punishment of any infraction.

		After passage of the Keene Act outlawing vigilantism in 1977, Rorschach killed serial rapist Harvey Charles Furniss and left the corpse in front of the police station as a message that he would never retire from his chosen calling.

		A lot of these comics seem to be about the blurring of the line between reality and insanity, with heavy emphasis on the latter.
		The comic itself is fl and white and well-drawn (I keep saying that; maybe I should take some art lessons to work on expanding my sequential art vocabulary), although the artist changes with each story.
		Each of these small, zine-style comics (average 12 pages, with a (usually) single-color cover of some sort) takes moments from her life/past/dreams and displays them for you to read and enjoy.

		Now, while he was at Charlton he had overseen the creation of a number of characters that are still remembered with vague nostalgic affection by comic readers and comic fans.
		There was a guy with a hat and a mac, that was the Question, who was also very similar to Steve Ditko's far more right-wing character, Mister A, that was too right-wing to put in mainstream comics but which Ditko had published some strips about in independent comics at the time.
		At the end this is not the mask talking, it's not Rorschach, it's the actual human being that is somewhere under there.
