Rosalind, the daughter, finds herself falling in love with her ax boyfriend Paul, who has unknowingly gagged and bound her fiancee, Howard leaving him in the broom closet.
Rosalind's character, played by senior Theatre major Kristine Ann Dunkle, was well portrayed as the daughter who superficially wishes to escape the insanity of her family's theatrical lifestyle.
Rosalind was the most even tempered character of the bunch, and Dunkle did a good job of conveying this through her interactions with the other characters on stage.

Rosalind, the elder—now in her twenty-second year—was tall and white, with calm grey eyes and auburn tresses; a very faint likeness to the Rosalind of Shakespeare’s comedy, whom I imagine a brunette (if you will), but a slender, airy creature, full of the softest, quickest impulses.
Rosalind was tall, she was stately and sweeping, she was made to earn stiff brocade and masses of heavy lace, such as belong to the toilet of a rich man’s wife.
Rosalind was perhaps no angel; but in the daily practice of life she was a sufficiently good-natured girl, and if she quarrelled with Mrs Bernard, it was not without provocation.

 Moon Origin: Impact Theory
The currently accepted theory about the origin of the Moon is that it was formed from matter ejected from the Earth after a collision with a large body.
According to Robin Canup and Erik Asphaug, the discovery further strengthens the impact theory because objects of this size were reasonably abundant in the early solar system (R Canup and E Asphaug 2001 Nature 412 708).
The most accepted theory on the origin of the Moon is as a consequence of an impact.

MOON OVER BUFFALO   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-09-17)
Moon Over Buffalo is a backstage farce that owes debts to Kaufman and Hart's Once in a Lifetime, Noel Coward's Hay Fever, and Christopher Durang's An Actor's Nightmare -- and the borrowings are so overt that at times you feel you're watching a compendium of comedies about the theater through the ages.
The troupe, at this point, consists of the Hays, Rosalind (subbing for the distraught pregnant actress), and her old boyfriend Paul (Robin Gabrielli), who still works for her parents.
Some of this is funny, especially the climax, where almost the entire cast ends up on stage in a conglomeration of Noel Coward and Edmond Rostand, and an interlude where Howard, the fiancé, a TV weatherman by profession, recites his spiel for Charlotte, who has fallen into the misperception that he's Frank Capra.

If, as the line had it, committing suicide in Buffalo would be redundant, it's not stretching things too much to say that committing Buffalo jokes and hearing-aid jokes, not to mention pregnant-ingenue jokes, is suicide on Broadway these days unless they are very sharply observed and strike their targets with efficiency and precision.
George refers to his sorry troupe as "The House of Usher Repertory Theater." Once stage-struck, Rosalind is now engaged to a temperate weatherman, Howard (Andy Taylor), ending the dynasty, and George's dalliance with an ingenue (Kate Miller) has resulted in her pregnancy.
Relentlessly second-rate, "Moon Over Buffalo" never stops trying to please, and it has a message, too, sort of: The theater, Ethel says, "is our lifeline to humanity -- without it we'd all be Republicans." But even so skilled a director as Tom MooreTom Moore has been unable to spark the comedy.
