Rosann Wowchuk (born August 15, 1945) is a Manitoba politician, and a current cabinet minister in the New Democratic Party government of Premier Gary Doer.
Wowchuk served as a municipal councillor and deputy reeve in the mid-northern community of Swan River from 1983 to 1990.
Wowchuk was first elected to the Manitoba legislature in the 1990 provincial election, defeating incumbent Progressive Conservative Parker Burrell in the riding of Swan River.

Provincial Ag Minister Rosann Wowchuk shut down debate last week by dropping the writ on a non-binding plebiscite to gauge farmers' wishes on the mandate of the Canadian Wheat Board.
Wowchuk said the total cost of the vote will be $80,000, which she noted is less than half the cost of a provincial byelection and "a small price in comparison to what producers could lose."
In her teleconference, Wowchuk was also asked why the province would offer a vote to grain farmers, but not to Manitoba cattle producers on its imposition of a levy to fund beef processing initiatives.
