Rostov State University is the oldest in Southern Russia.
The Rostov Region is one of the largest centers of industry and agriculture, science and culture in Southern Russia.
Each year, approximately 250 Rostov State staff members and students depart abroad on different programs and around 200 foreign specialists and students are hosted at their University.
