Rostrevor (in Irish: Ros Treabhair, ie Trevor’s Wood, also Caislean Ruairi, ie Rory's Castle) is a village in County Down, Northern Ireland.
Rostrevor was the birthplace of Major General Robert Ross, a British commander during the American War of Independence.
Rostrevor is classified as an intermediate settlement by the NI Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) (ie population between 2,250 and 4,500).
