		'rough cuts' would be a cool and also allowing comments to the rough cuts may also make it quicker to get a full article out and start earlier than usual discussions on other uses, links to examples, refinements etc.
		A section with rough cuts is a great idea and I'm looking forward to see what you've been hiding - collaborating with 3-5 Domino hackers to write a super-duper article may be even better.

		The first Rough Cuts Film Festival was held in October 2002 at Sunshine Beach State High School in Sunshine Beach, Queensland.
		Rough Cuts Film Festival will be held Nov 9 at Birch Carroll and Coyle Theatres in Maroochydore. Closing date for all entries (tapes/dvds) is Wednesday October 11.

		While perusing some information about Atlas on Scott Guthrie's blog, I ran across this: O'Reilly has started releasing "Rough Cuts," downloadable technical books released while the book is still a work in progress.
		You pay a lower cost to download the prerelease version of the book (for the Atlas book it's $17.99) and they send you updates as the book is updated.
		If the Rough Cuts idea catches on, it might compel me to do another book at some point in the future.

		The kind of thinking from a company in which they may take the point of view that the average Joe on the street would trip over themselves to make a contribution -- even if it means cost out of their own pocket.
