		The round turn and two half hitches is a hitch used to secure the end of a rope to a fixed object such as a post.
		The name comes from a categorisation of the knot: a round turn wraps the rope around an object (this might seem like two wraps, but it is one complete encirclement of the object), and two half hitches, which are the two little half-knots used to secure the end.
		Someone tying this knot too enthusiastically might end up with a knot called three half turns and four half-hitches for example, which would be a perfectly valid name also.

		This is the last round for the spell as it only lasts one round, so the monsters "disappear at the end of their turn," whereas you might expect them to normally stick around until just before your initiative in the next round.
		I think it should be considered round one, for that is the round is was activated and when it affects characters - it lasts until sometime into round 2, that's true, but it's not affecting anyone in round two unless they walk into it's area of effect.
