Rovinj (Rovigno) uses white Coat of Arms with an unusual cross with the vertical bar being slanted (so I guess better blazoning would be Argent a bar and a bend sinistre Gules).
The coat of arms of Rovinj is white with red cross, as it is case of a number of Istrian cities.
The characteristic of the cross of Rovinj is it arched form, probably dervied from the representations of the oval concave shield typical for Italian heraldic influence.
