	cycle, rower or x-trainer????
		The biggest issue is this - rower is hard work even when taking it easy, harder than bike or ellip.
		As said, technique is all important on a rowing machine, I also find boredom a big factor, in the past I've spent 40-60 minutes a day on a concept 2 without music or other distractions, not the most fun thing I've ever done, has to be said.
		Also, concept2 is the only rower worth getting, anything else is ****e to put it politely.
