Roxxon Oil (aka Roxxon) is the name of a fictional massive petroleum corporation in the Marvel Universe.
Roxxon has also regularly been at odds with Project: Pegasus regarding energy sources as the latter has been involved with alternative energy research that could hurt Roxxon's oil profitability.
Roxxon is closely connected to Brand Corporation, another for-profit company that has specialized in creating superhumans.

His name is Dan Jermain, and he was a Roxxon safety inspector who was knocked into a radioactive vat, from which he emerged as the atomic superman Danger Man. Dan wants to sue Roxxon for the changes he underwent, and the toll that's been taken on his life and marriage.
Granted, it might be a hard sell to a jury full of people who think it'd be swell to be superpowered, but it's surprising the Roxxon lawyers don't seem to even acknowledge the personal damage done.
I think that that might be the right situation for the Roxxon lawyers to respond as negatively as they did.

It's obvious that he's amazingly loyal to his company, that he's a relatively moral person, and that he's a smart guy.
It'd be interesting to see how he balances those different traits, knowing better than your average employee just what Roxxon is capable of.
I'd like to see some character development and perhaps her reaction to being treated like a villain, which I don't believe she truly was - just a misguided heroine who was used and exploited by Roxxon Oil.
