Roy Webb Roy Webb was the brother of fellow composer Kenneth, three years his elder. Webb wrote popular songs (none survive) before enlisting in the Navy during World War I. Following an honorable discharge from the Navy, Roy went to work for Kenneth as an assistant director in motion pictures. Jacksonville News - Roy Webb woman arrested in stolen ID case Calhoun County sheriff’s deputies last week, arrested 24-year-old Jennifer Lynn Pritchett and charged her with trafficking in stolen identities, 10 counts of third-degree theft of property, two counts of fraudulent use of credit cards and possession of a controlled substance.
