Sweden itself may be considered in four main physical divisionsthe mountains and highland district, covering all Norrland and the western part of Svealand; the lowlands of central Sweden; the so-called Smland highlands, in the south and southeast; and the plains of Skne, occupying the extreme southward projection of the peninsula.
In Sweden, however, both the Vestgotar and the Upland Sviar were discontented, the former on account of the breaking of the kings promise to Olaf of Norway and the latter on account of the introduction of the new religion, and their passions were further inflamed by the lawman Anund of Skara.
Sweden was also to enjoy her religion, subject to such changes as a general council might make; but neither pope nor council was to claim or exercise the right of releasing Sigismund from his obligations to his Swedish subjects.

On Thursday we faced the drive back to Sweden, choosing a different itinerary and staying all the way on the E 10 which takes in its Norwegian section the name of Kong Olavs V (King Olaf's way).
The palace is really beautiful, although it's less than 100 years old, and it's made in the "national romantic" style, which defines a composite style with strong influences from Italian and Spanish renaissance, but with a lot of variations, like a breathtaking hall all covered with gold- layer mosaics with an art deco influence.
We visited Drottningholm palace, one of the nine royal palaces of Sweden, and one of the most praised, but really I wouldn't say that it can compete with palaces like Versailles or Schonbrunn.

 On the road in Spain
Though the current king, Juan Carlos of Spain resides in the Royal Palace in Madrid, there's a very impressive royal palace here which he uses several times a year.
Though the exposition was located a measly five blocks from his magnificent palace, King Alphonso deemed it too far away and had a 150 room pad built only two blocks away from the exposition which I guess allowed him to be closer to the action.
I visited the royal palaces in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, The Netherlands and England but the Palacio Real in Madrid so far, has them all beat.
