		Last I heard, RRB provided benefits/coverage to only around 500,000 railroad employees and retirees, and that number is shrinking steadily compared to what it was at the peak of the railroad age.
		Apparently RRB and SSA agents undertake (undertook?) similar missions of going overseas to verify the veracity of the individuals receiving the benefits nsedet mentioned.
		RRB would send agents overseas to make sure they were alive and kicking, as opposed to dead and having some criminal (or relative) fraudulently receiving and cashing the benefit checks.

		The most promising of the RRB “sightings” as King Moonraiser refers to them, (for a while) were the appearance of the RRB in the PPG Gameboy games, which allowed players to play as the RRb, as well as to fight them.
		I still doubt severely that the creators are planning an RRB spin-off series, or that they plan to have the boys on the show as regulars, either as heroes, or even as reoccurring bad guys, although I am prepared not to rule out either of these possibilities.
		The upcoming RRB return, in fact, seems to refute this assumption, or at least shows that they seem to have altered their opinions.
