		Ralph Lauren is using the name rugby without compensating USA Rugby, the legitimate not-for-profit governing body of the sport of rugby in the USA.
		As a rugby player (remember rugby is a sport first and a brand last), I am offended that not only is Ralph Lauren trying to exploit the brand/sport of rugby, he is actually going to court against USA Rugby for full rights to the name of rugby.
		Rugby is a sport, it has never been trademarked, so there is no way Ralph Lauren could or should have to compensate them legaly.
