  The UNOFFICIAL Rugrats Online
This is due to the fact that (1) the popularity of "Rugrats" has peaked, and I have lost interest in anything post-Dil; and (2) there were other things going on in my life, such as work, a new comic strip, and a new book in the works.
Rugrats are copyrighted by Nickelodeon (a Viacom company), and presented here with NO AUTHORIZATION of any kind, as they are being used to present my point in reviewing America's favorite babies, Rugrats.
Rugrats characters, series, and series name are owned by Nickelodeon (a Viacom company), including all artwork and graphics depicting Rugrats characters.

Rugrats had a daily comic strip that ran from 1998 to 2003.

Rugrats was inovative as a childrens show and some of the stories were fun to watch, but soon the show was put on hiatus and they just re-ran the same episodes over and over.
Rugrats used to be an adorable, funny show, with a lot of double-layered humour (jokes that are funny to all audiences, and even convey different meanings to different age groups) and great plot elements.
Rugrats was a good show because every episode would take something ordinary like playing on the playground in the hot sun or moving from one house to another and turn it into a creative masterpiece.

I know she is generally, but it still amazes me. I still couldn’t take her for a whole day of intense work in the client’s offices, but it’s nice that I can take her for a couple hours or more and not have to worry much.
Sadie models her new outfit and demonstrates that she has mastered “contemptuous.” That’s a denim overall dress, with a red T-shirt you can’t see underneath, and a red Pooh windbreaker she wouldn’t take off, or even allow to be partially unzipped without freaking.

The Rugrats Movie is not as wildly appealing as A Bug's Life but is far goofier and wackier with its animation.
There's also a tremendous sense of joy that is often missing from cartoons these days, and the songs used in the film-- from such diverse musicians as Busta Rhymes, Iggy Pop, Lisa Loeb, Lou Rawls, Beck, and Devo--add to the fun.
However, grown ups who didn't grow up with the Rugrats, will be annoyed by their kids loving to watch the film.
