The highest daily mean discharge at this station is 31,800 cfs which occurred on November 15, 1993 while the lowest daily mean discharge is 67 cfs which occurred on September 16, 1956.
Comparison of percent change in precipitation (+8%) and daily mean discharge (+20%) would indicate that the increase of discharge in the latter time period is not entirely attributable to an increase in precipitation.

Storm water runoff from the irrigation field shall not be discharged to any surface water drainage course within 30 days of the last application of reclaimed water.
Discharge of recycled water and untreated industrial wastewater (reclaimed water) to surface waters or surface water drainage courses is prohibited.
Monitoring results for other constituents did not indicate that any would be discharged at a level that would cause, have reasonable potential to cause, or contribute to an in-stream excursion above a narrative or numerical water quality standard.

These ephemeral ponds are short-lived (< 1 month) but play an important role in the hydrology and ecology of the prairies, by storing runoff water, recharging soil moisture and shallow groundwater, and by providing food and habitat for many organisms.
Snowmelt runoff in the prairies occurs on the frozen ground and flows into depressions to form ponds.

This design is based on the assumption that the overland flow observed on the upslope trough is an estimate of the runon to a 250 m2 plot and that the runoff from the plot is monitored by the downslope trough.
Both tropical rainforest and open eucalypt woodland generate large volumes of overland flow in the summer wet season, with the former environment presenting the paradox of high surface infiltration rates typical of forested environments but a runoff response that is not typical of these environments.
The process hydrology studies described here have shown that widespread saturation overland flow can occur within tropical rainforest where prevailing rain intensities are high and subsoil K* are very low, away from the surface horizons containing biological activity.

Porous pavement is a best management practice for urban stormwater that has the potential to meet the key stormwater management objectives of peak discharge control, pollutant removal and runoff volume reduction.
The focus of this research is on the conjunctive use of porous and impervious pavements, with the porous pavement acting as a treatment device for impervious area runoff.

We argue that this method is the necessary dialog that should occur between the modeler and the experimentalist to enable a better process representation of catchment hydrology in conceptual runoff models.
The experimentalist often has a highly detailed yet highly qualitative understanding of dominant runoff processes—thus there is often much more information content on the catchment than we use for calibration of a model.
We present a new method where soft data (i.e., qualitative knowledge from the experimentalist that cannot be used directly as exact numbers) are made useful through fuzzy measures of model-simulation and parameter-value acceptability.
