Rushall railway station, Melbourne - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Rushall railway station (station code: RUS), opened in 1927, is on the Epping line in Melbourne, Australia. Rushall once played a larger role in the Melbourne rail system, as it was the eastern end of the Inner Circle, which passed between Rushall and Royal Park.
