		He was immediately given a task to compose songs for Ayumi Hamasaki and hitomi.
		Eventually, auditions were held, and he chose Tomiko Van as lead singer, and Ryo Owatari as guitarist.
		On September 29th, 1999, the trio released their first single Tangerine Dream, and held a live concert at the Shibuya.

		Actually Tomiko is vaguely present as a backup vocalist in a few places toward the end of the track, but her voice is quiet and distorted; it can barely be heard.

		Honestly I'm not suprised he left I was expecting especially since he's also started the amasaia landscape thing, and after hearing one of their songs, I've come to the conclusion there now where near as good as Do as...
		I think he is merely choosing to concentrate on what he's good at (writing beautiful tunes) and leaving ryo and ban-chan to deliver the performances of his music, the way that only DAI can.
		It is possible that we may enjoy another song composed by Ryo Owatari when the new album is released.

		I remember during their GOH concert, Ryo had a special number with only a drummer, another guitarist, and bassist.
		The screen showed the name "RYOSS" which is based from the band "KISS" that Ryo loves so much but really can't incorporate that brand of music in DAI so maybe with his new band "Missile Innovation" he can apply more of his ideas.
		They choose to separate ways for a while let's say for a year as a break and preparation to create new songs.
