As a SADD sponsor I find it very disturbing that statistically of a class of 20 middle school students 10 have consumed alcohol, 4 have consumed in the last 30 days and 2 are binge drinking.
Florida SADD spoke with the students about the history of SADD, how to start and manage a SADD chapter, about goal setting, and about how to put on a successful program or activity at their school that discussed various “destructive decisions”.
Florida SADD is a member of the Community Trials Initiative coalition sponsored by Visions of Manhood that seeks opportunities to reduce the availability of alcoholic beverages and the consumption of alcoholic beverages by underage persons.
