Rezidor Hotel Group AB shares fell Tuesday in their public trading debut after a majority stake was spun off by Scandinavian airline operator SAS Group.
SAS sold 65 percent of its shares in Rezidor at 52 Swedish kronor ($7.54) a share, valuing the entire hotel company at 7.8 billion kronor ($1.13 billion) and raising 5.7 billion kronor ($827 million) for its former parent.
SAS operates Scandinavian Airlines, which is the joint carrier of Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
