		sr20de N/A was made FR in the s13, s14 and the s15.
		And yes sr20de n/a valve cover it's not painted and it use distrubuter instead of coil pack, just like the front wheel drive one.
		the difference is that the sr20de has a higher compression ratio than the sr20det does becuase it is Naturally Aspirated..lol yes the sr20de also came in the Sentra SE-R..

		In your testing procedure you treated the SR20DE head and intake as a constant and the cams as the variables.
		If you did not have the resources to include a 94-99 SR20DE powered vehicle, then it would have been appropriate to drop the “98 cams in a 91 head” from the testing procedure.
		Assuming that the maximum base power output of post-1993 SR20DE engines is around 119 hp at the wheels, I gained around 28.1 hp at the wheels from my stock base.

	SR20DE Drop-in - Installing an SR20DE Engine in a 1.6L B13 Sentra
		According to my temperature gauge, the temperature is still the same with the SR20DE motor and the radiator from the 1.6 still in place, just like when I had the GA16DE motor.
		The bolts that hold the motor and the transmission together are different between the SR20DE and GA16DE.
		I forgot that the ECU needed to adjust itself, after an hour of driving, the power kicked in,all the hard work had paid off, it was a huge noticeable difference.

		Of course removing the cat is illegal on the street and will produce a resonance at particular rpms, even with an otherwise completely stock exhaust system.
		A stock SR20DE starts to choke after 6500rpm, the OE muffler ramps up 1 or 2 psi till about 6500rpm where it sharply increases to its maximum.
		The OE cat is of good design and is huge for a 4 cyl, the inlet and outlet diameter is 2.5", with the inside growing to 3".

		Just in case you didn't know, The small "e" is for the 130bhp engines, and the large "E" is for the 150 bhp units found in the GT's.

		The weak point of the SR20DE RR is the higher land ring on the stock piston.
		It seems in 2000 when nissan revised the sr20de to a roller rocker motor they changed the head (of course) so your old intake manifold will not bolt up and the new intake manifold has high impedence injectors (17ohms).
		The roller rocker USDM SR20DE engines USDM 00-02 should have problems using an underdrive pulley, however, in the last 6 years I have not heard of one having problems.

		The SR20DE shouldn't qualify a flow match with Honda since it's not designed for that all-motor type of application; most Nissan enthusiasts know that the original SR was designed for heavy stock internal turbo boost, something the B-series motor has a hard time accomplishing.
		They come stock with more hp, have a much higher redline, with potential to extend it further, (a B16a is safe to 9,000rpm+ on stock internals) and will handle much wilder cams with out major alterations to the valve gear.

		The wiring harness between a SR20DE and a KA24DE are very close, but there are a few differences.
		However, you will want to use the SR20DE ECU and MAF as the fuel and timing maps are different between the two engines.
		Depending on what SR engine you are using, and what KA harness you have, there are a few differences with coil wiring, and the need to add wiring for the VVT solenoid if you are using a S14 or S15 SR20DE.

		Also, the SR20 is an imported engine, and if something breaks, one will have to spend a lot of money to get the parts, but the KA24 came in all the 240sx, some Altimas, some Xterra and Frontier, meaning that there is tons of parts out there for them.
		The SR20DE nonturbo has 140 hp and 132ft.
		To get a good SR20DE on your car one will have to spend at least $2000 on the engine with decent miles, then all the wiring to make it work with the 240, transmission, you might have to get a turbo if the SR20 is not a turbo, and all of its components.

		I have a 1991 Plymouth Laser RS Turbo which is a front wheel drive first-gen DSM.
		His Tibbie may be able to take on an Eclipse GST if both cars do a street start in which case that V6 has the advantage because of the turbo lag on the GST.

		Anyway, the Nissan powerplant designated SR20DE, is a 2 liter engine regardless of what you may think the output is.
		an SR20DE is an "SR" family engine which is 2.0L which is where the "20" comes from.
		the lower e in the SR20De still stands for multipoint injection, but as the power is only 125hp against 150hp (the european GT), there have to be some mechanical differences between them..
