		Sadis Euphoria is total brutal death, well, at least the 1st half of the album, w/ obvious touches of Harikiri's stupendous "off-key" grind as I like to call it.
		Sadis capture brutal death metal's most important elements musically, such as guttural vox that deter so many soft melodick metal fans, and overlapped tremlo-picked blasts w/ the eerie squashed natural harmonics struggling to be heard.
		Sadis leaves me w/ some mixed feelings I guess, but what's affirmative is that I will be waiting for their next offering.

		The barbarity of the guitar tone these guys got for this record is so over-the-top in its hugeness and power that it almost gives the band a borderline gore grind/death feel, as it reminds me of some of the huge and unforgiving guitar tones of that style.
		But Sadis Euphoria are a hell of a lot more than your average cartoon death metal band.
		Instead of splattering their album with pictures of dead bodies and lyrics of ultra-violent behavior fantasies, they prefer to somewhat fool the inexperienced listener with stark and striking imagery, morbid as hell in its simplicity.

		I think most fans of technical Floridian-style death metal will enjoy this group if they can get past the annoying vocals, however fans of heavier and more emotive death metal will most likely not be interested.
		I'm surprised Jason signed this band as they sound nothing like the other bands on his label, as most are interesting and impressive grind like Circle Of Dead Children and Sadis Euphoria.
		I probably listened to the 31 minutes and 48 seconds of Upheaval's Testimony To The Atrocities at least 25 times to try to be as fair as possible, and after the final listen I feel like I just wasted 13 hours and 15 minutes of my life.
