		The factions in Salidar led by Sheriam, Romanda and Lelaine we know little about, by my hunch feeling is that their goals are very similar; what defines them is largely personal animosity and maybe different views on how Elaida should be handled.
		And even though Myrelle is the head of the Green SAS, using Myrelle to force the Green Sitters to support her is likely to cause a backlash.

		Given that sisters were fleeing the tower openly Elaida probably has a rough notion in which direction they were headed.She might have sent Tarna out in the general direction with orders to check in with red eyes and ears who could pass on more clear directions once Elaida learned exactly where they were.
		I don't think Elaida chose an ambassador and sent her on the same day she found out where Salidar was, so she probably found out about Salidar roughly about the same time that Siuan found out (about one month before Tarna was sent) or shortly thereafter?
		It's never explained how so many other Ajahs found out about Salidar, but they were sure that Elaida didn't know until Nyneave told them an emissary was on the way.
