Thirty-two passengers of the bus going from Salyan to dang had died on the spot, 10 on the way to hospital — two at Kapurkot, Salyan, six in Tulsipur and two in Ghorahi.
According to the Salyan district police office, those identified are: driver Bal Krishna Singh, Lalita Adhikari, Narayan Oli, Sarita Oli, Suman Pariyar, Mira K.C, Moti Rawat Oli and Pratikchya Adhikari of Dang.

An increase in the level of underground waters caused by heavy rains lead to last week’s flooding in Azerbaijan’s central district of Salyan, Turan reported on Monday.
Maharram Mamedov, assistant head of Salyan’s executive office, said while the floods damaged privet buildings and yards, they could not prevent utility and communication services from functioning normally.
