Sam kind of smiles/chuckles at the re-raise, it is far too small to give him any chance of folding.
If Farha holds a hand like AK, AJ or KJ I don't think he can call for all his chips and risk elimination on the first hand given that board on the turn.
Yes you are risking that Sam has a hand like AK AJ A9 or even KQ or QJ and that his hand improves to beat you, but that is a risk you sometimes take when you're in a situation where you're either a gigantic favorite or drawing dead.
