	Samurai Deeper Kyo - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		The Samurai Deeper Kyo anime tells the story of a samurai who lost his body during the Battle of Sekigahara and now exists inside the body of his worst enemy.
		Kyo was forced to leave the Mibu by the Sendai Aka no Ou when the former Red King somehow foresaw that he would become evil and try to destroy the world and that he and Kyo were fated to fight each other to the death.
		Kyo was the leader of The Four Emperors, also known as the Four Hijiri Gods, who were said to be close to Kyo in strength.

		Kyo in my eyes would be a Samurai/Psychic Warrior gestalt with some Iaijutsu(he beat Jigen, master of Hien Ken a technique which is basically Amakakake Ryu no Hiromeki from Kenshin+1 attack in a Iai duel and he let Jigen finish drawing his sword before he started) and Weapon Master thrown in.
		Samurai Deeper Kyo is described as the 'Strongest Man in the World' on several occasions.
		Kyo is in much the same position but his world is slightly more over the top (manga Kyo is almost identical to Kenshin's world though).

		SDK is not terrible, but with current the current crop of excellent anime being fansubbed (Naruto, Wolf´s Rain, GITS: SAC), I cannot find a reason to recommend it.
		Errrr, Samurai Deeper Kyo is not kind of anime that I wanted to dwell on, the action is so stiff, characterization is horrible and the some of concepts are downright dumb (Nurse outfit in 16 th century Japan?) The story is too convulted and confusing.
		Because of this, he incur hatred of samurai romantic historians, so he is vilified in their writing which unfortunately taken as canon by other historians.
