In an attempt to hasten the development of the territory, the populated towns of Pampanga such as Cabiao, SanAntonio, San Isidro, Gapan and Aliaga were annexed.
This land partition was followed by the transfer of the town of Palanan to the new created province of NuevaEcija.
Finally the town of Binalonan and Polilio along Pacific Ocean were separated from the province which completed the isolation of NuevaEcija from the sea.
Pampanga is bordered by the provinces of Bataan and Zambales to the west, Tarlac and NuevaEcija to the north, and Bulacan to the southeast.
The old Pampanga towns of Aliaga, Cabiao, Gapan, SanAntonio and San Isidro were ceded to the province of NuevaEcija in 1848 during the term of Spanish Governor-General Narciso Claveria y Zaldua.
The municipality of San Miguel de Mayumo of Pampanga was yielded to the province of Bulacan in the same provincial boundary configuration in 1848.
Her son Benjamin immediately responded and took her to a nearby hospital where she was given first aid and was later transferred to another medical centre for appropriate treatment.
Her active participation in protest rallies and involvement with the peasants’ struggle in San Jose City is also being used to justify her alleged sympathy to the communists.
Although the police in SanAntonio denied deploying policemen in the area, their effort to identify the perpetrators has been completely negligible despite having a number of witnesses to the incident.
