Currently it is home to the San Diego Gulls of the ECHL and the San Diego Riptide of the af2.

After their third season, the Conquistadors were purchased by former Denver Nuggets owner Frank Goldberg, and became the San Diego Sails.
The first was Peterson Gym on the San Diego State campus, and the second was Golden Hall, which was basically a ballroom in the middle of San Diego's civic center downtown complex.
