Susan Dolores, San Isidro election officer, earlier told reporters that the election returns that she signed showed only an actual turnout of only more than 4,000.
However, the district board of election canvassers certified that in San Isidro, Aggabao got 7,217 votes, while Abaya got 633, or an actual turnout of 7,850.

As of this writing, all roads to Bataan from Manila via Pampanga are impassable due to floods measuring 6-10 ft. deep in Minalin -- the adjacent municipality to San Fernando in Pampanga province where the World Vision Northwest ADP Center is located.
Meanwhile, World Vision is implementing a rehabilitation plan in the coastal villages in San Jose Mindoro Occidental where a tornado hit the houses of 398 families.

The Communist Party of the Philippines today condemned the Philippine Army 502nd Brigade for planting self-detonating anti-personnel land mines in the forested areas of Barrio Dicamay Uno, Jones, Isabela in and around the scene of an ambush by the New People's Army (NPA) on January 24.
The CPP also condemned the Philippine Army for "terrorizing the people of Barangay San Isidro, Jones, Isabela." Rosal said reports reaching his office disclosed that Philippine Army soldiers were forcing their way into people's homes in search of NPA fighters.
