It is at 2,440 meters and has only 900 inhabitants but surprisingly has good accommodations and even taxis for hire.
The story of how he built it single handed is impressive enough until you actually visit it and see the wonders there, from mummies to pre Inca artifacts it is a real lesson of the distant past of the area.
