42 U.S.C. The Department is authorized under 28 C.F.R. Part 35, Subpart F, to determine the compliance of the City with title II of the ADA and the Department's title II implementing regulation, to issue findings, and, where appropriate, to negotiate and secure voluntary compliance agreements.
Failure by the Department to enforce this entire Agreement or any provision thereof with regard to any deadline or any other provision herein will not be construed as a waiver of the Department's right to enforce other deadlines and provisions of this Agreement.

The 24-foot truck was discovered missing on Sunday morning by workers at Pacific Floral Distributors in San Rafael, a distributor for florists in Marin and Sonoma counties, police said Monday.
The truck's license plate number was entered into a statewide police database of stolen cars to alert authorities if the truck is spotted, said Margo Rohrbacher, spokeswoman for the San Rafael Police Department.

The San Rafael Rock Quarry, owned by Dutra Materials, is located at the north end of San Pedro Road.
Despite years of complaints by residents, the quarry continues to be a bad neighbor and a threat to the health of the community.
