		The residential districts around the old city centre of Sangerhausen have not only become stable, but have each gained an individual profile after reduction to specific, key functions.
		In this context, seven districts of Sangerhausen were examined according to the following criteria: attractiveness of buildings, attractiveness of location, tenant and social structures, and market situation.
