Its presiding officer, the state counselor for Muslim affairs, was appointed by the king and held the office of division chief in the Department of Religious Affairs in the Ministry of Education.
Provincial councils for Muslim affairs existed in the provinces that had substantial Muslim minorities, and there were other links between the government and the Muslim community, including government financial assistance to Islamic education institutions, assistance with construction of some of the larger mosques, and the funding of pilgrimages by Thai Muslims to Mecca.

First please understand that in Thailand the meaning of a “City” is a municipality (เทศบาล) NOT Amphoe Mueang (อำเภอเมือง) because Amphoe Mueang or City District is a capital district of the province that including cities.
Please remark that in Thailand, the provinces’ capital cities and provinces’ name are the same like Chiang Mai, it is also a name of a city (capital city of Chiang Mai Province) and a name of a province too.
Because the population you think is the population of the City District (In all Amphoe Mueang), that is 204,433.

A major center of catfish hatcheries was found to be Nong Kae distict in Sara Buri province and Nong Sua district in Pathum Thani province.
Small-scale hatcheries produce catfish fry as a part-time activity, relying on purchased female broodfish whereas larger hatcheries were full-time and often produce their own broodfish.

As the "Thon Buri Period" (1767 – 1772) began a young Thai general Phya Taksin and his followers who had broken thru the Burmese encampment to escape to Chanta Buri, then returned seven months later with his forces and drove out the occupying Burmese troops.
The lack of a central authority made Taksin’s job harder, and is spent his reign rebuilding and reunited the provinces of the kingdom.
When Taksin decided to become the next Buddha, he was dismissed and executed by his ministers who did not approve of his religious values.
