 | | Following negotiations with Saracens RFC, who were very strong up to under 18s, it was agreed to change the name of the Club to Barnet Saracens Elizabethans, which enabled us to facilitate the hitherto Saracens under 17s, who became the Barnet Saracens Elizabethans Under 18s, having successfully toured South Africa on two occasions. |
 | | During the 1990s both clubs suffered, as with most other clubs, a reduction in the number of teams that were turning out and for the 1997/98 season, it was agreed to merge Barnet RFC and Old Elizabethans RFC and be known as Barnet Elizabethans RFC. |
 | | The Club was created in 1935 and initially played their home games at the rear of the Arkley Windmill using the Bell Pub, now The Gate, for their refreshments and hospitality. |
